Summer Rice Salad


2 medium tomatoes
1 small cucumber, seeded and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 cups cooked rice (I cup uncooked)
½ to ¾ cup Italian salad dressing

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients, using ½ cup dressing, mix well. Cover and refrigerate to mix flavors. If desired stir in an additional ¼ cup dressing before serving.
